Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Flor Marie's Closet USA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For shipping delays, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
